Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “student”) and CareConnect ATL Health Career Institute, a professional development and continuing education division of Mothers Helping Hands Atlanta LLC (“CareConnect ATL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, enrolling in any program, or downloading any materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Description of Services
CareConnect ATL Health Career Institute provides:
- Professional Development Training Programs — including Newborn Care Specialist Training, Postpartum Care Training, and Dementia Care Training/Specialization
- Wellness Programs — through the Modern Mom Toolkit for parents and employers
- Workforce Development & Organizational Partnerships — for healthcare agencies, employers, and nonprofits
- Certificates of Completion — issued upon successful program completion and assessment
Eligibility Requirements
To enroll in CareConnect ATL programs, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a substantially related professional field
- Possess the foundational caregiving knowledge required to benefit from continuing education
- Provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to deny or revoke enrollment if eligibility requirements are not met.
Enrollment and Registration
4.1 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when submitting inquiry forms or registering for programs. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information.
4.2 Account Responsibility
If you are granted access to a learning management platform or student portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share access with any other individual.
4.3 Organizational Enrollment
Organizations enrolling cohorts or teams agree to ensure that all enrolled participants meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 3.
Program Participation and Conduct
5.1 Program Format
CareConnect ATL programs are delivered in a hybrid format — primarily self-paced, with structured milestones and assessments. Program durations are approximate:

5.2 Code of Conduct
While participating in CareConnect ATL programs, you agree to:
- Engage with all course materials honestly and in good faith
- Complete assessments independently without unauthorized assistance
- Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect
- Refrain from reproducing, sharing, or distributing course content without written permission
5.3 Academic Integrity
Certificates of Completion
6.1 Issuance
Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments within a program. Certificates represent professional development achievement and are not state-issued licenses or credentials.
6.2 Limitations
CareConnect ATL certificates:
- Are professional development credentials, not occupational licenses
- Do not replace, substitute for, or fulfill state licensing or certification requirements
- Do not guarantee employment, promotion, or any specific professional outcome
- Are issued in the name of the individual who enrolled
6.3 Revocation
We reserve the right to revoke a certificate if it is determined that it was obtained through dishonest means or misrepresentation.
Fees and Payment
7.1 Program Fees
Program fees are disclosed at the time of enrollment. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment platforms (e.g., Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
7.3 Organizational Billing
Organizational partnerships and cohort enrollments may be subject to separate invoicing agreements. Contact us directly to discuss.
Refund Policy
8.1 Individual Enrollment
✅ Full Refund
Request submitted within 48 hours of enrollment and before any course modules are accessed.
⚖️ Case-by-Case
Requests submitted after modules have been accessed will be reviewed individually.
🚫 No Refund
No refunds will be issued once 50% or more of the program has been completed.
8.2 Organizational Enrollment
Refund terms for organizational cohort enrollments are governed by the specific partnership agreement. Please refer to your signed agreement or contact us directly.
8.3 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at info@careconnectatl.com with your full name, enrollment date, and reason for the request. Refund decisions will be communicated within 5 business days.
Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Content
All content on the CareConnect ATL website and within our programs — including but not limited to text, curriculum, course materials, graphics, logos, videos, downloadable outlines, and program structures — is the proprietary property of CareConnect ATL Health Career Institute / Mothers Helping Hands Atlanta LLC, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial professional development purposes during your enrollment period.
9.3 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course content
- Create derivative works from our materials without written permission
- Share login credentials or grant access to program content to others
- Use our name, logo, or branding without prior written authorization
Disclaimers
10.1 Educational Purpose Only
CareConnect ATL programs are designed for continuing education and professional development purposes only. Nothing in our programs, materials, or certificates constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or professional licensure.
10.2 No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific employment outcome, salary increase, client acquisition, or professional advancement as a result of completing our programs.
10.3 “As Is” Basis
Our website and digital resources are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareConnect ATL Health Career Institute and Mothers Helping Hands Atlanta LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of income, opportunity, data, or goodwill
- Errors or omissions in our program content
- Any outcomes resulting from the application or misapplication of training content in professional practice
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CareConnect ATL Health Career Institute, Mothers Helping Hands Atlanta LLC, their officers, employees, partners, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our website or programs
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misrepresentation of your eligibility or professional background
- Any misapplication of training content in a professional setting
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or enrollment in programs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students via email.
